# Deposit tokens

> How assets are accepted and swapped on deposit.

**Any token can be deposited**, but each vault defines which tokens are accepted for direct deposits. If you deposit a token that isn’t directly accepted, the **EasySwapper** will convert it into a supported deposit token before minting vault shares.

Key points:

* **Per‑vault accepted assets** — vault managers configure which tokens can be deposited directly.
* **Auto‑conversion** — EasySwapper converts unsupported tokens during deposit.
* **Slippage & fees** — swaps may incur slippage and protocol fees.
* **Transparency** — deposits and swaps are visible on-chain.

If you are depositing a less liquid token, expect higher slippage. The UI will show an estimated conversion before you confirm the deposit.
